Starting point: A small cottage on a beautiful double lot on Ipswich, Massachusetts’ Great Neck. The existing structure was removed and replaced with a brand new contemporary home with spectacular views of Plum Island Sound and Ipswich Bay. The result is a modern, open space that maximizes its one-of-a-kind panoramic view of Plum Island, the Isles of Shoals, and even Maine’s Mount Agamenticus on a clear day.
